Shipping charges are ¥2500 for Asian countries and ¥3500 for all other countries and regions, regardless of the number of items.

Shipping is available on weekdays only, within 7 days of order.

From shipping to arrival, please allow 3 days to 7 days.

Delays may occur due to airmail conditions.

We will pack your package carefully, but there is a possibility that your package will be opened during customs inspection.

Please contact us if there are any problems with the condition of the goods upon arrival.

Depending on the country or region of delivery, we may have to change the delivery method.

When purchasing Japanese goods from overseas, customs duties and consumption taxes may be incurred.

The items we sell are "Paintings, drawings and pastels, executed entirely by hand" and are free of customs duties in most countries, but please check your country's customs duties in advance for HS Number: 9701.91. 

Please note that any customs duties incurred will be borne by the purchaser at the time of receipt of the package.
